Mermail Abyssocea

You can target 1 "Mermail" monster you control; Special Summon any number of Level 4 or lower "Mermail" monsters from your Deck whose combined Levels are less than or equal to the Level of that monster, then send that monster to the Graveyard. You can only use the effect of "Mermail Abyssocea" once per turn.

From the first look of this card's effect, you might find it very useless. But after playing with it I find it very interesting now. Here are some combos using it.

Mermail Abyssteus + Atlantean Dragoons + Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls (hand or grave):

Basic

1.SS Teus, discarding Dragoons as cost.

2. Add a Sea-serpent A with Dragoons effect and Mermail Abyssocea using Teus effect.

3. Summon Ocea send Teus to grave special summoning a Level 3 Mermail and a Level 4 Mermail.

(Field: Ocea + Level 3 & Level 4 Mermail, grave: Teus, Dragoons, Tidal)

4. SS Tidal banishing Teus and Dragoons.

5. Xyz Leviair, the sea dragon using Ocea and Level 3 Mermail.

6. Detach material to SS Dragoons from banished zone.

7. Xyz Dragoons and level 4 Mermail into Abyss Dweller.

(Field: Dweller, Leviair, Tidal, Hand: Sea-Serpent A & B if you detach Dragoons from dweller)

Extended

If have the same hand + an additional WATER monster and Tidal in hand.

Same steps as the previous one from 1-3, Sea-serpent A search for Mermail Abyssmegalo instead.

4. Discard Tidal and WATER from hand to SS Megalo. Search an Abyss spell/trap add to hand.

From there you continue from step 4 of the basic version.

9. Xyz megalo and tidal into Mermail Abyssgaios.

(Field: Leviair, Dweller, Gaios, Hand: Abyss S/T & Sea-serpent if you detach from dweller)

Advanced

You can also do this way as the same hand as extended version follow the same steps till you xyz with Dragoons and Level 4 Mermail.

8. Xyz Bahamut Shark using Dragoons and Level 4 Mermail.

9. Detach Dragoons SS Mermail Abysstrite and search for Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord

10. Xyz Mecha Phantom Beast Dragossack using Tidal and Megalo

(Field: Leviair, Dragossack, Bahamut, Trite, Grave: WATER,Dragoons, Level 3 Mermail)

11. Dragossack release itself to destroy Trite, Trite effect ss Mermail from grave.

(Field: Leviair, Bahamut, Mermail, Grave:

Megalo, Tidal, Dragoons,Trite,WATER)

12. SS Moulin from hand discard 2 hand from opponent

(Field: Leviair, Bahamut, Mermail, Moulin)
